At the July 3 Wimberley City Council meeting Mayor Jim Chiles proclaimed July 3, 2025 as “Bo Bowman Day.” The Wimberley High School teacher, who is also a city council member, was the recipient of WHS’s Teacher of the Year Award at the end of the 2024 - 25 school year.
