Kelvin, a dog currently up for adoption through Wimberley Adoption Group and Rescue, stopped by to meet residents and explore the halls of Alexis Pointe Senior Living of Wimberley recently. He made the rounds, received plenty of attention and seemed to enjoy the visit, though he may still be holding out for a permanent couch of his own.

A cuddly puppy, Kelvin entered the WAG family along with his siblings. The curious five-month-old Lab mix, who weighs about 18 pounds, enjoyed snuggling and playing with residents during his Wednesday visit.

Wagsday Wednesday is an ongoing partnership with WAG and KWVH, Wimberley Valley Radio.

“We’re glad to keep this partnership going,” said Nycole Wohleking, Executive Director of Alexis Pointe Senior Living of Wimberley. “The dogs enjoy the visits and so do our residents. It’s a good match all around.”
