Ozona Bank has announced that its former president, Kelly Barclay, has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer. In her new role, Barclay will focus on steering the bank’s long-term vision and growth strategy.
Joining the bank as president is Tommy Forsythe, a seasoned leader in community banking with more than 30 years of industry experience.
As president, he will work closely with the bank’s leadership team to advance key strategic initiatives, including enhancing digital capabilities, improving customer experiences and investing in employee development. Forsythe will also serve as an advisory director for the bank.
