The Holiday Bazaar at the Community Center last week proved to be the boon Santa needed to cross off the names on his long list. Thirty-six vendors offered their fine, unique handcrafted and curated items to shoppers seeking the perfect gift. Sponsored by My Neighbors Keeper, the annual event is now in its 17th year.

The Holiday Bazaar at the Community Center last week proved to be the boon Santa needed to cross off the names on his long list. Thirty-six vendors offered their fine, unique handcrafted and curated items to shoppers seeking the perfect gift. Sponsored by My Neighbors Keeper, the annual event is now in its 17th year.

My Neighbors Keeper, a local non-profit organization, provides short-term, immediate financial assistance to Wimberley Valley citizens who have been impacted by natural disasters. They are often the first organization, after first responders, to assist victims stricken by life-altering calamities. Founded by Madonna Kimball, the late Tom Keyser, Jamie Clark, Tom Jones and Keith Busby. Jamie Clark currently serves as its president. For more information visit mynknonprofit. org.
